The protagonist cries whenever his mood swings. One day, the protagonist was accidently seen by a gifted student as he was crying, and so the gifted student stuck onto him like glue. The seemingly flawless gifted student gradually got close to his heart, and the two finally became a couple after getting to know one another on a deeper level. Although it appears that they would have a lasting relationship as they have been successfully admitted to same school, the family issues of the gifted student caused them to break up at one point. However, by becoming more mature for one another, they fought through all the obstacles thrown their way to finally stay together in the end.

SHA BAI, author of the adapted novel, has been ranked amongst the top 10 in the 2023 Kingstone Original Comic/Animation voting event, which gives affirmation to her skills in writing.

100 copies of the special edition sold out in 3 days at the 2023 Comic Exhibition, which delighted the distributor and had them responded by ordering reprints without the novel even being officially released. All 170 copies of the signed collector's edition were sold out in a day, proving its popularity to be on par with works from Japan.
